Activate the motor by plugging in a powered USB-C cable. Then, pull once shortly to make sure the motor is responding. Turn off the motor by activating transport mode. Hold down the programming button and briefly pull the cord 2 times. The LED light will briefly flash red. The motor has been turned off. Does the LED not flash red after it has been green? Then repeat the steps of putting the motor in/out of transport mode until the LED briefly flashes red after the LED has been green.Make sure the iPhone or iPad is signed into iCloud. HomeKit and the Home app require iCloud to function. Then reset the Eve core by holding down the programming button on the motor for 10 seconds. The LED will flash red 5 times.
